Licensing Terms

Hey, I'm not lawyer. Go ahead and reuse RSWT however you like, no problemo. I want you to reuse RSWT however you want with no strings attached. However, because RSWT is a derivative work of the Eclipse Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT), RSWT is licensed under the terms of the Common Public License . Basically the CPL lets you reuse RSWT in your applications for commercial and non-commercial purposes with no strings attached. However, if you create a custom version of RSWT for your own purposes then you must make the source to your custom version available.

If you have questions about the terms of the CPL don't ask us, go ask a lawyer. Oh yeah, all RSWT stuff is available on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind. Just 'cause we created it doesn't mean it's actually useful in any way or actually works worth a darn. The contributors to RSTW are not liable for anything, blah, blah, blah...
